My experience as a Director Manager and as a Site Superintendent gives me the strength to know what senior manager and chairman want. My long-term experience as a Head of building design team in consultant company gives me deep theoretical knowledge about structural and architectural details, codes and blueprints. I am Professional Civil Engineer in two field: Supervisor and Constructor since Jul-2006. My license issued by “Ministry of Roads and Urban Development of IRAN”. With grade one license I can managing up to six construction project and supervision up to eight concurrent projects each year.
I believe that Sustainable Development guarantees human well-being and my duty is to increase the efficiency of the workforce as well as to improve the quality of construction to reduce construction time and increase durability of buildings. I like Nature, Sport, Traveling. Workshops and international exhibitions are pleasant for me. I am personally punctual, orderly and a little pessimistic therefore I am sharp-sighted. After 15 years, I like my occupation and my healthy life style help me to be update, energic, active and concentrated on mission.
I had been working on and off-site, including working with managers, architects, engineers, contractors and general laborers. I have brought my considerable executive skills in Construction, As-Built solutions, HSE, AutoCAD, ETABS, SAP, SAFE, MS-project, MS-Office, ACI, AISC, to my previous roles and I hope to bring them to new position as well. According to my way of thinking and based on my manifold experiences, my capability as a Construction Supervisor is efficacious.
